You can upload your Terms & Conditions file in your Ascora account and this is helpful as you can enable and disable a setting to show Terms & Conditions in your Quotes as well as Invoices and Statements.

Note: You can embed your Terms & Conditions in your document templates such as quotes and invoices but having it uploaded in Administration → Company Details gives you more flexibility such as having one place to upload when you have an updated version of your Terms & Conditions as well as having settings to enable and disable.

  • Terms and Conditions must be provided as a PDF file.
  • Files Size must be less than 1MB. 


1. Go to Administration →  Company Details.


2. Scroll down and find the Terms & Conditions area where you can upload your file as well as disable or enable some settings to whether show or not show your Terms & Conditions is shown in Quotes or Invoices/Statements.
