You can use the Enquiry Feature in Ascora to have Enquiries from your website created directly in Ascora which you can convert to Quotes or Jobs as needed.
It works by having a web link embedded in your website or adding a web button which your customer can click, enter their query details or request, and when submitted, it will flow through to Ascora Enquiries page. In order to use this feature, you must first complete some configurations.
1. Go to Administration → Enquiries.
2. Copy the booking link and you can insert that into your website or perhaps add that in your email signature.
