There are a few settings that you can enable or disable in Scheduler View depending on your requirements. From showing all incomplete jobs to viewing with after hours and many more.

Note: Changes made is applied to the overall account and not per user.

1. You an enable/disable settings in Administration → Scheduling.

2. You can enable or disable a few settings and this depends on your preferred configuration when accessing the Scheduler area. The most commonly used areas are highlighted below.

  • Show All Incomplete Jobs for Scheduling rather than just Unscheduled on the main Scheduler grid. - you can disable this if you have too many incomplete jobs and just want to see unscheduled ones.
  • View Scheduler With After Hours - you can disable this if after hours is not applicable or if you want to free up some space and just need to see the usual working hours.

3. After enabling/disabling your preferred settings, click Save and you can go to Scheduler and immediately see the changes.

In this example, we have disabled "View Scheduler With After Hours" which makes the Scheduler only show the Work Hours specified in User Settings area.

Note: You can also click a couple of options from the Scheduler area itself such as Jump to Date area wherein you can choose to show schedules Today, Two Days, or Week view.

How to show or hide columns in the Scheduler Grid located on the left side of the Scheduler

The grid on the left side on the Scheduler contains as list of jobs which you can toggle between Unscheduled Jobs, Unscheduled Quotes, Multi Schedule Reattends, and Incomplete Jobs.

You can also configure to limit the amount of columns appearing or simply show columns that you mostly need and hide the ones that you don't need.

Go to Administration → Scheduling and tick the boxes for the columns that you want to show and untick the boxes for the columns that you want to hide.

In this example, we are showing columns Customer Name, Expected Date, etc., and when we access Scheduler, these are the columns being displayed as well.
