iOS App is configured to do segmental sync but it is important to note that a complete sync can take some time depending on the amount of data added on the mobile app whether photos or job details.
A new feature called Force Sync allows you to force sync a job if for whatever reason the details aren't pushed off your iOS device and this also includes Custom Forms.
iPhone Force Sync
In your iPhone, access the job screen and press on Menu and select Force Sync.
iPad Force Sync
In your iPad, access the job screen and you can press on Force Sync located on the upper right part of the screen.
