Accounts Reconciliations is available for Xero, QuickbooksQuickBooks, and MYOB Live but not for MYOB Essentials.

It will also check the payments against the invoices. For example, if you have payments in Ascora that have not been pushed across to Xero, it will update them and the same works if payments were made in Xero but failed to push across to Ascora.
You Note: You may need to run the Reconciliation Report again for you to see what has been fixed and what failed to be fixedthe ones left with some actions still required.
Payments Report
This reports report does the same thing by running a report and identifies discrepancies . You have the option to then Reconcile Payments In Accounting Packagebut from payments point of view.
For example, you may need to check if all payments received last month in Ascora have been pushed across to your accounting package such as Xero. If after running this report and you notice discrepancies, you have the option to Reconcile Payments in Accounting Package.
Note: If your accounting package fails to connect to Ascora, make sure that you are connected by going to Administration → Accounts Integration. For example, there might be some limitations in Xero side but you can simply click Disconnect and then Reconnect afterwards.
You can do this by going to Administration → Accounts Integration.
