It works by having a web link embedded in your website or adding a web button which your customer customers can click, enter their query details or request, and when submitted, it will flow through to Ascora Enquiries page. In order to use this feature, you must first complete some configurations.

1. Go to Administration → Enquiries.
2. Copy the booking link and you can insert that into your website or perhaps add that in your email signature.
If you need assistance in adding the link to your webste, please contact your IT team or the one looking after your your website.
Alternatively, you can use a web button and simply copy the code which you will need to embed in your website.
3. Configure your Enquiry Page by personalising or customising the details such as heading, summary, as well as changing the heading colours and background colours.
The company logo would be your own logo uploaded in Administration → Company Details.
Make sure to click the Save button at the right side of the screen after making the changes.
4. Personalise your Enquiry Submitted Message and add images if necessary.
You can also add more contents which will be displayed on the right-hand column on your Enquiry screen.

5. Personalise the email message that will be sent to your customers once they've submitted an Enquiry from your website.

Testing your Enquiry Page
1. After completing the configurations, and after adding the booking link or web button and simply copy the code which you will need to embed in your website. to your website, you can test it to see from the customer's point of view and to determine if further changes are required.
The following image is what your customer sees after accessing the link. This should reflect your personalised details as well as your own company logo.
After clicking Submit button, three things occur;
- your customer sees a message on the enquiry page. For example it could be a message "Thank you for your enquiry. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can." Refer to step 4.
- your customer receives an email message which is something that you can personalise too. Refer to step 5
- Customer query details will flow through to Ascora Enquires page
2. In Ascora, go to Enquires and locate your customer enquiry and click View to access the details.
3. You have a few options to select or complete from the Enquiry Details page.
To convert enquiry click on Convert Enquiry to Quote or Job and you'll have the options to select Quote or Job, select existing customer or create a new customer as well as select a job template.
Note: Rating can be set up in Administration → Sales and Lead Source can be set up in Administration → Customers.
Once converted to a Job or Quote, you can complete the rest of the steps such as adding supplies, adding booking, similar to a quote or job created within Ascora.

Tips: You can add custom fields to Enquiry so you can personalise it more by adding the details unique to your business. Custom Fields can be added by going to Administration → Custom Fields → select Enquiry from the list. Custom field created with the same name will flow from Enquiry to Quote to Job.
