Map Scheduler is one of the view options that you can choose when accessing the Scheduler and it gives you not just visibility on main job details such as job number and job name but also visibility on actual job locations via map.
Map Scheduler allows you to see the sequence of jobs a user is going to. It's useful in scenarios like your technicians/staff are going to 10 jobs on a certain day and you can see what is the sequence of the jobs and you can drag the jobs in between those users.
1. Go to Scheduler and select Map Scheduler.
1. Click Show User Routes and then select the mobile users
2. In this example, we selected two users who are Courtney and Robert and two jobs are assigned to Courtney while none to Robert.
2. We can simply move one job from one user to another by dragging it to the corresponding user. In this case, we moved Job J132877 to user Robert.
Note: Once you've selected the users, you can drag the job from person to person or re-order them.
You can always assign and re-assign jobs from the Job Scheduler screen if that works best for you. Map Scheduler is another way of doing it with a different point of view and you can use this if applicable to your business.
