You can transfer an equipment from one customer to another and this will continue to leave history details so you'll have access to such important information. This is applicable when you complete jobs for a few customers but use one specific equipment to do the job.


1. Begin by accessing Customers from the main menu, search for the customer name and click on it to access more details.

In this example, we are transferring an equipment from customer called 125 Enterprises to another customer ABC Company. 




2. From the Customer details screen, click Equipment and then click Edit beside the Equipment that you'd like to transfer to another customer.

In this example, we are transferring the equipment called Airius Fan.




3. Click Transfer Equipment button.




4. Search for the customer name or the one whom you'd like to transfer the equipment to.

In this example, we are transferring the equipment to ABC Company so we click on it to proceed.




5. Click Save & Close button to proceed.



Accessing Equipment List


Go to Equipment → Equipment List and you'll see  the customer list with the corresponding equipment linked to them.

In this example, it shows the equipment called Airius Fan linked to ABC Company after transferring it from 125 Enterprises.




Assigning Equipment to a Job


1. From the customer details screen, click Jobs then select the Job where you need the equipment added to.




2. Click Equipment tab and then click Select Equipment From Customer.



3. Select the equipment that you'd like to add and click Save to proceed.


Equipment History


1. Access equipment either from Equipment tab or from the Customer tab or even from the job area and click Edit.




2. Click History tab and it will show a list of previously completed jobs using this equipment.

You can click on the Job number to access more details such as customer name, and other job related details.
