Ascora is designed to capture Labour Charges in the field as Users check-in and check-out of Jobs on site or manually record their labour entries on the Mobile App.  If required however, you can also manually add Labour Charges to a Job or edit Labour Charges that have been captured.

Choose the Labour & Callout Tab on the Job Card and then scroll down the screen to the Labour section.  If Users have added time-sheet information on the Job, this will be displayed here.

To add Labour charges to the Job, click the +Add Labour button.

The Add Labour Item pop-up window will display.  Enter details for the Labour Charge:

  • Select a User from the dropdown menu
  • Select a Role from the dropdown menu
  • Enter a date
  • Enter a description for the Labour charge
  • Enter the number of labour hours to charge
  • Check or un-check the toggle box to identify the Labour charges as chargeable to the customer or not
  • Click the Save button when you are ready
