Document templates are your invoice templates, quote templates, job cards etc and is uploaded in Word Docs via Administration --> Document Templates
Custom forms are normally safety forms uploaded in Word Docs via Advanced --> Custom Forms
Most of the forms are already created for you in Advanced --> Custom Forms and on this screen, you can also download the Guide via Download Guide which guides you on how to do this.
Our standard fee for custom forms creation and document template creation is $500 + GST each.
