You can record the screen on your Android phone using the built-in screen recording option on Android devices. This is helpful if you need to report an issue or some features that are not working in your Ascora App.

1. Swipe down twice from the top of your screen to access Quick Settings.

2. Tap Screen recorder and you might need to swipe right to find it.

Note: If it's not there, you will need to add Screen recorder to your Quick Settings.

3. You might see the following prompts and if so, tap on Settings to allow permissions.

4. Tap on Media sounds and mic and then tap on Start recording.

Note: If you want to record without sound, tap on "No sound".

5. Wait for the three-second countdown or tap on Skip countdown to record immediately.

6. Access your Ascora App and complete the steps that will show the issue that you are reporting such as accessing a job or a PO or trying to send an email.

Note: You might need to repeat the screen recording to capture an intermittent issue.

7. To stop recording, tap on the square icon located on the upper right part of the screen. This will stop the recording and automatically save the file.

8. Go to the Photos app and access your screen recording.

9. Select the file and tap on Share and send it to support@ascora.com.au including the details of your query.
