You can access your custom from from the Android mobile app either to test your form after making some updates, or to simply fill out the form in relation to a job that you're completing.
Note: Make sure to synchronise your mobile app first before completing or testing your custom form.
1. Access your job from the mobile app or use the search icon to locate a specific job where you want your custom form to be linked.
2. Navigate to Custom Forms tab and tap the + button.
Note: Do not use a draft or previously saved custom form to do the testing. Always tap the + button to test a new one since previous drafts won't be able to pick up the updates that you've made on the custom form.
4. Once the custom form is displayed, enter the necessary details and once done, tap GENERATE and it will create the form as PDF.
Note: This PDF form is accessible in Ascora web by going to the Job screen → Attachments tab.
