If the logo on your quote or invoice is stretched or blurry, it’s probably because your placeholder on your quote or invoice template were stretched.
You can follow the following steps to fix this.
1. Go into your Document Templates page. Administration → Document Templates.
2. Select the Document Template that has the Logo issue and click Download Template.
3. Once the Template has been downloaded. Open the file and select the Logo placeholder.
4. Right click on the Logo placeholder and select Size and Position.
5. The Size and Position window will now pop up. In the Size tab, check that the Lock aspect ratio is unticked. If it is ticked, simply click on the tick to unmark it.
6. Enter in 100% for both Height and Width and click OK and you will see that the Logo has adjusted accordingly.
7. Save this amended template into your local drive and return to Administration → Document Template. Replace the old template with this new template.
You have now successfully resolved your Logo issues!
