You can configure the Scheduler by activating and deactivating a few settings to show only the information relevant to your business or configure it in a way to show or hide certain information.
For example, you might want Scheduler to show After Hours or s
1. To access all settings or configurations, go to Administration → Scheduling.
2. Under Scheduler Grid Configuration, you can enable certain settings by ticking the corresponding boxes or disabling them by unticking the boxes.
In this example, we enable only three settings.
Note: If you have a lot of incomplete jobs and want to have a less congested view, you can untick the box beside Show All Incomplete Jobs for Scheduling rather than just Unscheduled on the main Scheduler grid.
3. From the following settings, you can choose which information to display on the grids by ticking or unticking the corresponding boxes.
3. You can also configure Mobile Device Schedule Settings by enabling or disabling the following settings.
- You can also select an X number of future jobs to be displayed on the mobile app as highlighted below.
- You can also select a time as to when to show Tomorrow's Jobs to prevent congestion on the mobile app screen.
4. You can activate or deactivate a few more settings such as;
- Auto Adjust From Check Ins which basically updates the job to reflect the actual check in and check out times.
- Auto Check In is where you can set up a radius so your technicians are automatically checked in when entering the site and automatically checked out when leaving the site.
It is important to note that this only functions when a technician or mobile app user taps on Start Travel to Job.
- Non Check-In Notification allows you to receive a quick summary of missing check ins.
From the Scheduler screen itself, there are some configurations that you can also enable or disable.
