You can configure the Scheduler by activating and deactivating a few settings to show only the information relevant to your business or configure it in a way to show or hide certain information.

For example, you might want the Scheduler to show After Hours or s


1. To access all settings or configurations, go to Administration → Scheduling.



2. Under Scheduler Grid Configuration, you can enable certain settings by ticking the corresponding boxes or disabling them by unticking the boxes.


In this example, we enable only three settings as indicated by the blue boxes with check marks.


Note: If you have a lot of incomplete jobs and want to have a less congested view, you can untick the box beside Show All Incomplete Jobs for Scheduling rather than just Unscheduled on the main Scheduler grid. This is the second box from the top.


3. From the following settings, you can choose which information to display on the grids by ticking or unticking the corresponding boxes.
