Is there a way we can round up $ dollar value in quotes, so quotes don’t issue to clients with odd amounts?

This can be adjusted manually - You can change the pricing method to Fixed Price and adjust the price field accordingly.

Please refer to the image below on how to change the pricing method to a Fixed Price and how to change the Total Quote Value.
