The Ultimate tier is predominantly for clients who require a lot of customisation in their account. We will work with them on the customisations required to be built in. Due to these customisations, their 'modified' account needs to be on the Ultimate Tier as any upgrades rolled out needs to be done separately for these accounts.
We have in the meantime stopped taking on clients to be on the Ultimate Tier due to inundated demand and the amount of work required.
