If you are using Ascora outside Australia, you can configure it to auto populate address details when searching for addresses based on location. It could be in Customers tab where you set up customer address or any other areas where address details are used. Address search in Ascora is powered by Google.   


1. Go to Administration -> Defaults and untick the box beside “We don’t use Country, please hide it.”


2. Go to Administration -> Company Details and Country field will now be visible for you to enter the corresponding information then click Save.

In the following example, we entered United States as country.


3. When you use tabs that involve address search, it should now auto populate address details based on your location. As we’ve set the country to United States, when we’re adding a new customer for example, US address details will now appear.
