Callout Fees are configured in the Administration settings – see AdministrationRates & Charges.  To include a Callout Fee on a Job:


1.  Choose the Labour & Callout Tab on the Job Card and then scroll down the screen to the Callout Fees section.




2.  Click the +Add Callout button.

Click to add a Callout to the Job


 

3.  The Add Callout Fee pop-up window will display.  Select the Callout type from the dropdown menu then click the Save button.  The Callout Fee will now be included on the Job.




How to add Additional Callout Fee or Create a New Callout Fee


1. To create a new call out fee, go to Administration → Rates & Charges.



2. Click Add located in the Rates & Charges area.




3. Enter the Callout name, cost, amounts, and minutes.

Note: You can also configure it to be taxable by ticking the box beside Taxable.

Once ready to proceed, click Save.




How to Add Callout Fee  from the Mobile App


1. From the main screen, search for the job and tap it to access the Details screen and tap on Labour.



2. Tap Add beside Callout and select from the list by tapping the corresponding item. 

In this example, we're adding After Hours Callout to this job.



How to Add Callout Fee from the Mobile App (iPad)


1. From the main screen or from the job screen, tap the job number to display the details.



2. Tap Labour located on the left side of the iPad screen.




3. Tap Callout Fee button.




4. From this screen, select the User and  corresponding Callout Fee from the list.

In this example, we're choosing After Hours Callout.
