In this example we selected a different price level called "Seniors" but it should allow you to select any price level added in Administration → Supplies → Price Level.

When creating a Quotation for this Customer, the special pricing due to the Price Level now takes effect:
Adding Supply with the special pricing
Below is an example of a job for a customer with "Seniors" pricing level set. I've added the supply item we've modified earlier and the special pricing takes effect which is 20% less or equivalent to $551.76 (the reduced price.)

If you have more supply items that you need to add with special pricing for specific customers, just go to Inventory → Supplies → find the supply item you need to modify and set the discount amount from there. |
