The Customer Portal allows you to create new Jobs or Quotes or view existing Jobs or Quotes under linked to your company name. Once you are 've been added as Customer Contact, you would have received will receive an email containing your username and password as well as a link to log in directly into the the Login Page for the Ascora Customer Portal.

Depending on the permissions granted, you can either view only or view and edit jobs or quotes  with the option to see your own quotes and jobs or everything created under your company name.

The following image is an example of a confirmation email  (received once you're granted access to Customer Portal) and this contains your username and password as well as Customer Portal link.

Follow the steps below in order to completely access Customer Portal.

1. Click on the  link in the email confirmation and click Log In and enter your username and password which are also 'll be able to:

  1. Maintain your Companies details
  2. View Jobs or Quotes
  3. Create or Edit Jobs or Quotes


Here's an example of the welcome email sent once you've been granted access to the Ascora Customer Portal.  It contains all the details you'll need to login and get started in the Customer Portal.

Once you've clicked the login link you'll be able to jump into the Ascora Customer Portal by entering the Username and Password which can also be found in the email.

2. Once logged in , you can access some information depending on the permissions grantedthe Customer Portal you'll see a number of navigation links across the top.

My Details

This is where you can see your company information such as address and contact details and you can update if necessary.

This is where you can see quotes your existing Quotes and even create a New new Quote.

In this example, we've granted permission to View and Edit All Quotes as well as Create New Quotes.

When creating a quote from Customer Portal, some basic information needs to be entered and once saved, such quote becomes visible from Quotes tab in Ascora web and more information can be added from there such as assigned user, booking, etc. by an office administrator.

Jobs

This is where you can see jobs Jobs and even create a New new Job.   When viewing a Job you'll also be able to see other key job data, such as the Time Logged, Date Booked and Work Undertaken.

Equipment

This is where you can see Equipment and have the option to add a New Equipment.  Equipment represents the various assets or plant that may be serviced or maintained - for example filters, air conditioners or vehicles.

Job Photos

When files are added to a job in Ascora web which could be file attachments or photos, they are not Visible in the Customer Portal by default. You would need to request to be given access to those file attachments or job photos if necessary. But if you create a job from Customer Portal, you can definitely add photos and view them too.

In the following example, job has two visible photos after they have been marked as Viewable in Customer Portal.

Image RemovedJob Photos and any other documents attached to the Job will be displayed in the Job Details.  You'll be able to view or download any of the photos taken on the Job.
