Note: If the Screen recorder is not visible, you will need to add it to your Quick Settings first.

When it's your first time using screen recording you will be prompted to allow permissions. Just tap on Settings and allow the corresponding permissions such as access to the microphone to record audio. |
2. Tap on Media sounds and mic and then tap on Start recording.
Note: If you want to record without sound, tap on select the "No sound" option.
3. Wait for the three-second countdown or tap on Skip countdown to record immediately.

5. To stop recording, tap on the square icon located on the upper right part of the screen. This will stop the recording and automatically save the file in your phone gallery.
6. Go to the Photos app and access your screen recording.
7. Select the file and tap on Share and send it to support@ascora.com.au including the details of your query.

If the screen recording file is too large and cannot be sent via email, please upload it into your Dropbox or Google Drive or any other online storage platform that you're using and then email the link to Ascora. |
