You are able to combine or merge Customers in Ascora and it is important to note that this will archive the source Customer and transfer all Quotes, Jobs etc.. to the destination Customer. Please use this option only if necessary or applicable in your business as we are unable to retrieve the archived customer information.
1. To do this, go to Customers tab and click Combine.

B. Click the little triangle beside Destination to select your destination customer or you can search the customer name from there . In and in this example, we've selected JMC Pty Ltd as our destination customer.
Destination customer is the customer we are keeping.
C. Click Combine once ready to proceed.

3. A box with a warning message appears and click Confirm to continue.
Note: We are unable to retrieve the archived customer information once you've completed this process but all of the linked jobs and quotes from the source customer will become available in the destination customer.
