If the user is unable to add items from their phone this would come down to the user permissions on their device.
I can see that Joshua is using an Apple device, when When selecting to add an attachment the below message will appear. By selecting Allow Access to All Photos this will ensure access to all photos for future jobs.
To manually allow access to Photos, user can go to Apps → select Ascora and then toggle to allow access to Photos.
