We can add service intervals per equipment and this allows us to add multiple service intervals if needed.

1. Go to Access the Customers menu and open search the customer details and navigate to the Equipment tab then click Edit beside the equipment name.

    In this example, we're accessing gate automation E4 under site customer Site 4.

    Note: If you need to access with equipment you need to edit. Equipment are generally linked to site customers where they are physically located but there might be cases you also have equipment linked to parent customers or billing customers.

In this example we are accessing the details of 125 Enterprises.

2. Navigate to the Equipment tab and click on the Pencil icon beside the equipment name to access the details. 

   Note: If you're trying to access the equipment linked to a site customer, then you need to access either search the site customer details screen. You can either search the parent company or billing customer name in step 1 or access the parent customer and then click Sites tab then navigate to Sites tab or search the site customer name directly. 3. In the Equipment Details screen, click on + Add New to add service intervals.
