After clicking Submit button, three things occur;
- your customer

- sees a message on the enquiry page. For example it could be a message "Thank you for your enquiry. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can." Refer to step 4.
- your customer receives an email message which is something that you can personalise too. Refer to step 5
- Customer query details will flow through to Ascora Enquires page
2. In Ascora, go to Enquires and locate your customer enquiry and click View to access the details.

For example, you can convert it to a customer and quote or convert to a customer and job, select a rating, and assign a user.
Once converted to a Job or Quote, you can complete the rest of the steps such as adding supplies, adding booking, similar to a quote or job created within Ascora.
