Passwords can be reset via the Forgot Password link – this is displayed at the bottom of the login screen.
Note: If user has been locked out due to multiple unsuccessful log in attempts, access will automatically unlock after 30 minutes. Make sure to use the latest password if it has been reset.
1. Access https://www.ascora.com.au/login and click on "Forgot your Password?" link located below Log In tab.
2. Enter your email address to receive the reset instructions.
3. Access your email and find the email from support@ascora.com.au and click on Reset link.
4. Enter a new password, confirm, and click on Set Password.
If you have troubles resetting your password even after following the above steps, contact your Administrator to reset the password for you.
Users with Administrator Role
1. For users with Administrator roles, you can reset passwords in Administration → Users.
2. Click View beside the user name.
3. Click Change Password and set the new password details then click Save.
4. Provide the new password to the corresponding user.
